It will be needed in Step - 2. Sample copy of Receipt is attached here with just for your reference. This Link from HDFC Qfix will remain open from 1st July to 15 July 2025 No further extension will be given under any circumstances. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ STEP - 2 Google Form for Master Data Collection from Students for Placement. https://forms.gle/vEbcPLCqeYHBdkCe7 Students, Please enter correct and precise details of yours. No further modification or editing will be acceptable. This link is only for Electrical Final Year Students Data Collection Other departments, please kindly create a new Google Form, exactly according to this one, from your newly generated Gmail account. Please send your department Google form link to your students. Don't pass on this link to them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ STEP - 3 Students are instructed to thoroughly go through the UNDERTAKING and Institute PLACEMENT POLICY with One Student - One Job Criterion. Take print out of UNDERTAKING. Signature of student and his/her parents are required on it. Submit the same to your department student / faculty coordinator on 22nd /23rd July when you come to college for STEP - 5 (Original Documents Verification). Refers Pdfs given in Attachment : 1. Kindly refer to it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ STEP - 4 Prepare your CV -as per Institute Common Format Refers Pdfs given in Attachment : Resume common format (Word file) To edit this, First, Download Microsoft 365 App. Open this document in it. Then, Click on red coloured encircled button as shown in following photo Refers Pdfs given in Attachment : Step_4 Here with sharing one CV of our Chemical Department student, just for your ready reference... Please don't copy it. Each CV must be Unique and the Best presentation about yourself. Refers Pdfs given in Attachment : Kenil Jagani_Resume Please submit Printed Hard Copy of your CV along with Fresh passport size photograph and signature, to your faculty / student coordinator on 22nd / 23rd July when you come to college for STEP - 5 ( Original Documents Verification). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ STEP - 5 ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION Drive on 22nd / 23rd July at your department. Please bring all ORIGINAL documents. 1. Hard copy of Placement Fee Receipt 2. Birth Certificate 3. SSC / HSC / Diploma Final Marksheet/ Certificate 4. Semester wise marksheets. 5. Duly Signed Undertaking 6. Duly signed CV. Photocopy or online picture of marksheet in mobile is not valid. Only ORIGINAL hard copy documents to show and bring back after verification. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ STEP - 6 After successful completion of above 5 STEPS, you will get approval to be part of Central Training and Placement Cell. One WhatsApp group of all APPROVED students will be created, for each individual department. All placement related notices will be shared in it. Students are supposed to keep it Highly Confidential. Go ahead with recruitment process only if you are genuinely interested to get job in that particular company.
